AVAILABILITY
Chevron flooring is available only by custom order with a 12-14 week lead time. Transitionl (5”) Chevron is available in Canada only. Please contact your sales rep for further information and specific estimation of lead times.
Waste Factor: Due to the complexities of Chevron installations, it is recommended to use a waste factor of 15% for most projects.
COMPATIBILITY WITH REGULAR PLANK FLOORING
All of UrbanWood’s Chevron planks are milled, textured and finished to be a perfect match to UrbanWood’s regular plank flooring. This allows for project designs where Chevron will be used in some spaces, and with regular plank flooring used in other adjoining spaces
INSTALLATION
Herringbone and Chevron patterns require a full spread glue-down application only. Refer to the full spread glue-down page for detailed instructions. Approved for installation over Radiant Floor Heating systems

DuRa Finish™ Ultra Matte: 30 Year Finish Warranty; Limited Lifetime Structural Warranty; 3 Year Light Commercial Warranty.
DuRa Finish™ COMMERCIAL: 10 Year Commercial Wear Warranty; Limited Lifetime Structural Warranty. 60 year Residential Wear Warranty applies when using Commercial Finish in residential settings.

We manufacture Chevron in two custom order specifications:
ARCHITECTURAL 7.5” WIDTH (STANDARD CUSTOM SPEC.):
7.5″ (190mm) width x 37.8″ (960mm) lengths x 9/16” (14mm) thickness with a 3mm solid sawn veneer on a plywood core.
TRANSITIONAL 5″ WIDTH (ALTERNATIVE CUSTOM SPEC.):
5″ (127mm) width x 30.5″ (775mm) lengths x 9/16” (14mm) thickness with a 3mm solid sawn veneer on a plywood core.

Box A: Features tongues on the top end and left side
Box B: Features tongues on the top end and right side
